Water-based paint

Water-based coatings are popular place for Easonzell™ Hydroxyethyl Cellulose. The main property of HEC is that it is easily soluble in cold and hot water and has no gel properties. It has a wide range of substitution degrees, solubility and viscosity, good thermal stability (below 140℃),

And it does not produce precipitation under acidic conditions. The hydroxyethyl cellulose solution can form a transparent film, which is non-ionic, does not interact with ions, and has good compatibility.

HEC advantages:
1. Color rendering and color acceptance
2. High thickening efficiency
3. Compatibility with various coating ingredients
4. Batch-to-batch uniformity
5. Anti-sag performance
6. Water solubility

Ceramic adhesive

Hydroxyethyl cellulose is a nonionic, water-soluble polymer that can be used as a thickener. As a protective colloid, hydroxyethyl cellulose is readily soluble in hot or cold water and provides solutions with a wide range of viscosities.

Wall putty

EasonZell™ series MP and ME products are very suitable for use in putty formulations. Their main functions are:
1. Increase viscosity to make it easier to apply and fill
2. Improve adhesion and prevent cracking or peeling
3. Increase ductility and make filling more uniform
4. Adjust drying time to make construction more flexible

Cement mortar

The main functions of EasonZell™ series MP and ME products in mortar are:
1. Improve operating performance, increase plasticity and smoothness
2. Increase mortar output and reduce production costs
3. Increase the porosity of hardened materials and reduce mechanical properties

Oil drilling

Easonzell™ HEC products have properties such as thickening, suspension, separation, and water retention. In drilling, completion, workover, fracturing, and other process technologies, they can be used as thickeners to greatly improve the fluid loss characteristics of mud and enhance The rock-carrying ability of mud reducing damage to the oil well structure, and the actual application effect is also very good. Our petroleum grade HEC 300, HEC30KB, HEC60KB, and HEC100KB series products have been fully used in the drilling field.

Daily chemical products

Easonzell™ daily chemical grade HEC hydroxyethyl cellulose, in addition to providing the necessary thickening effect and rheological properties, also has good color acceptance. Role in cosmetics Cellulose ether is a water-soluble polymer that is easily hydrated in water to form a uniform aqueous solution or transparent gel. It is widely used in cosmetics in the form of emulsions, pastes, and powders. In cosmetics, it mainly plays the roles of thickening, dispersing, and stabilizing.

At present, our products are used in the beauty industry, personal care, liquid soap, toilet cleaning balls, disinfectant gel, and other fields.

Honeycomb ceramic

The main functions of EasonZell™ series MP and ME products in mortar are:

1. Improve operating performance, increase plasticity and smoothness
2. Increase mortar output and reduce production costs
3. Increase the porosity of hardened materials and reduce mechanical properties

Medical drugs

Cellulose ethers are a class of polymer compounds chemically modified from natural cellulose and have many unique physical and chemical properties. In the medical and pharmaceutical industry, cellulose ethers mainly play the following roles:

1. Sustained-release agent: Cellulose ether can be used as a sustained-release agent for drugs. By controlling the release rate of the drug, it prolongs the duration of the drug in the body, thereby reducing the number of administrations and improving patient compliance.

2. Stabilizer: Cellulose ether can be used as a stabilizer for pharmaceutical preparations to improve the stability of the drug, prevent drug degradation, and extend the validity period of the drug.

3. Thickener: Cellulose ether can be used as a thickener for pharmaceutical preparations to increase the viscosity of pharmaceutical preparations, improve the fluidity and dispersion of drugs, and facilitate the preparation and use of drugs.

4. Emulsifier: Cellulose ether can be used as an emulsifier for pharmaceutical preparations to improve the emulsification stability of pharmaceutical preparations and prevent drug separation and precipitation.

5. Membrane materials: Cellulose ethers can be used as membrane materials for controlled drug release systems. By adjusting the pore structure and permeability of the membrane, controlled and targeted release of drugs can be achieved.

6. Drug carrier: Cellulose ether can be used as a drug carrier. The drug can be fixed on the cellulose ether through physical or chemical adsorption to achieve sustained and targeted release of the drug.

7. Biocompatibility: Cellulose ethers have good biocompatibility and can be used as biomaterials in drug delivery systems to reduce the toxic and side effects of drugs on normal tissues.

8. Degradability: Some cellulose ethers have good biodegradability and can be used as degradable materials in drug delivery systems to reduce drug residues and environmental pollution.

In short, cellulose ethers are widely used in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, which can improve the efficacy of drugs, reduce side effects, extend the validity period of drugs, and provide patients with safer and more effective treatment options.

Food production

Cellulose ethers have various functions in the food production industry, including the following:

1. Stabilizer: Cellulose ether can be used as a stabilizer for food to improve the stability of food, prevent the separation of oils, proteins, and other components in food, and improve the quality and taste of food.

2. Thickener: Cellulose ether can be used as a thickener for food to increase the viscosity of food, improve the fluidity and dispersion of food, and facilitate the preparation and use of food.

3. Emulsifier: Cellulose ether can be used as an emulsifier for food to improve the emulsification stability of food, prevent the separation of oil and water in food, and improve the taste and appearance of food.

4. Gelling agent: Cellulose ether can be used as a gelling agent for food. By adjusting the concentration and cross-linking degree of cellulose ether, the gelation of food can be achieved and the water-holding capacity and taste of food can be improved.

5. Anti-caking agent: Cellulose ether can be used as an anti-caking agent for food to prevent food from caking during processing and storage, and improve the fluidity and dispersion of food.

6. Dietary fiber: Some cellulose ethers have good water solubility and can be used as dietary fiber in food to increase the nutritional value of food and promote intestinal health.

7. Sustained release agent: Cellulose ether can be used as a sustained release agent for active ingredients in food. By controlling the release rate of active ingredients, it can extend the shelf life of food and improve the functionality of food.

8. Degradability: Some cellulose ethers have good biodegradability and can be used as food packaging materials to reduce environmental pollution caused by food packaging.

9. Taste improver: Cellulose ether can improve the taste of food, such as increasing the smoothness of food and reducing the sticky feeling of food.

10. Antifreeze: Cellulose ether can be used as an antifreeze for food to improve the stability of food under low-temperature conditions and prevent food from cracking during freezing.

In short, cellulose ethers are widely used in the food production industry, which can improve the quality and taste of food, increase the nutritional value of food, extend the shelf life of food, and provide consumers with safer, healthier, and more delicious food.
