  • Feeding and Material Transportation

    A closed method is essentially used for feeding and material transportation throughout the entire process, which reduces environmental pollution from dust and organic waste gases.

  • Feed Metering

    The entire process of solid and liquid feeding is measured using flow accumulation and modular weighing methods. This approach minimizes operator errors and positively impacts the stability of the final product.

  • Advanced Equipment

    High-efficiency, new equipment is utilized, such as drying equipment including tray drying, vulcanized beds, airflow drying, and stripper drying.

  • Material Recycling

    The recovery of toluene, isopropyl alcohol, methyl chloride, tert-butyl alcohol and acetone all adopts the distillation tower process, which reduces the consumption of raw materials and reduces environmental pollution.

  • Production Control

    The company's production process adopts DCS automatic control, and a safety instrumented system (SIS), safety interlocking system, and emergency shutdown system are installed in the reactor to ensure the safety and reliability of production.

  • Exhaust Gas Treatment

    Process waste gas treatment methods are divided into three types: chlormethane waste gas is pretreated with liquid nitrogen cryogenics and then put into the RTO incinerator for treatment, other process waste gases are directly sent to the RTO for incineration, and waste gas from the sewage station is sprayed and oxidized with sodium hypochlorite solution.

  • Wastewater Treatment

    Process wastewater adopts "mixing adjustment + USAB + contact oxidation + MBR membrane treatment process"
